4) the reasons for personal preference (smell, color, type, appearance) are not returned; buyers think that the quality of the goods is defective, please issue a written examination approved by law, otherwise it will not be returned
5) express damage: when receiving the express, please check whether there is damage or loss of goods before receipt. If there is, please send the proof before delivery, and contact us.
