Notes on the use of SSR:

A: load current safety factor, resistance load is 2-3 times, inductive load is 5-7 times. Below is the recommended derating factor for a load current at normal temperature:

B: heat and heat dissipation: when the SSR is on, there is a pressure drop at both ends, which produces Joule heat, especially when working at high current. Therefore, in the thermal design, environmental temperature, ventilation conditions, installation density and installation methods should be taken into account to ensure that the surface temperature is below 60 degrees. 1, for 5A below SSR, should be installed in the ventilation environment better heat dissipation window, or cooling air blowing place. Installation should be higher than the circuit board 1-2mm, while the bottom should be hollowed out. 2, for the 10A and above SSR, should be based on the actual size of the output current radiator with different area, evenly between the bottom plate and the thermal grease in the relay radiator mounting surface, and then screw down.
